Professional Focus
As a corporate and commercial lawyer, Matthew focuses on business acquisitions and sales, corporate structuring, lending and real estate matters. Matthew also has considerable experience on a wide range of commercial lending and debt financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated facilities, general corporate financings, shareholder loans, cross-border transactions and tech financings.
Background
Matthew obtained his law degree in 2019 from the University of British Columbia, where he completed the Business Law Concentration and completed a corporate counsel internship with a large energy transmission and utility company. Prior to joining the Golbey Levine Glanzberg team, Matthew practiced at a prominent national firm. Matthew was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020.
Interests
When not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his young family and can usually be found in the kitchen trying his hand at a new dish.
