Interests
Alisha enjoys travelling, reading, hot sauce, live music, running the Stanley Park Seawall, and falling into Wikipedia wormholes to learn new things.
She can often be found at a concert, hockey game, or local brewery trying their latest goses and fruited sours.
Professional + Volunteer
Alisha was awarded her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Simon Fraser University and law degree from Thompson Rivers University (TRU).
As a student she was actively involved in the TRU Faculty of Law. She co-chaired the annual student-led conference, which focused on access to justice and the legal profession’s role in improving it. She was part of a team that designed and built a legal app for a community start-up. She also worked as a Research Assistant, examining the governing documents of multiple Canadian sporting organizations and applying indicators of good governance.
